What two cards could I run that could not use anymore than a 600W psu? Also I would like to know the BEST two card I could put in and still not exceed the psu's power consumption. If not how much power would I need? Thanks!
Hmmm I would not put 2 GTX650 Ti's on a CX600. Amperage is pretty low on those PSU, they are low cost but decent for a low budget setup.
BUT that is besides the point, your motherboard does not support SLI.
We need more information not all 600w power supplies are created equal. Make and model of the power supply and what other hardware it will be powering.

The board only supports crossfire and with the 2nd slot only being 4x I wouldn't recommend that either. Your best option would be to get the single fastest card you can afford. The CX600 should be able to power just about any single gpu card.
You are starting from scratch, why are you specifically looking to go SLI? Why not get a single more powerful card? You can avoid any kind of SLI issues and not have an issue with power.
