I'm trying to stick with a budget of around $750.

First time build and I need everything except for a Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor and Speakers.

I need a reliable PC that can play all of the latest games without any hiccups. Mostly used for gaming, watching video and surfing the internet. Prefer Intel and I don't plan or want to overclock the system. Also need an OS.

Suggestions are more then welcome!

This would be my bet. Well-rounded and will play pretty much anything at Max settings at 1080p with maybe only AA turned off in some games.

Well that's a shame, at this price point AMD dominates CPU performance, but each to their own. You won't find a huge difference in gaming performance so no worries there. Here's an Intel version:
