is it necessasry to switch from a motherboard with a55 chipset to a85x?

hi guys just bought an amd a8-5600k with asus F2A55M and i just found out at the box of the processor that it is recommended in a85x chipset boards so i was thinking if its worth it to go back in the shop and request for change item cause i was also planning on using dual graphics with hd 6670. any help would be appreciated

At least get an A75 chipset, that would be worth it, unless you are willing to spend extra on a board that supports 2133MHz RAM without an OC.
Then the iGPU would do better in gaming and keep up to the HD6670 easier, please tell me you have a GDDR5 version?

well my asus f2a55 is worth 2.7k php and the a85x is around 3.4k php so do you think its worth it? would there be a big difference later on when i use it with the 6670 ddr5?

There will be a diff if you use faster RAM than you could have on the A55. You can also overclock on the A85X or A75.

hmm still hesitating if its worth the trouble of going back to the shop and wasting a wholeday for the process.
