It's $500 but only enough for a decent GPU at $100-$120

Well It's around my budget and It seems to be good for games like arma 3, metro last light, bf3 and so on. As well as it gives a bit more performance than the 7770.

In ascending order ... slowest at left ..... fastest at right

650 < 7770 < 650 Ti < 7790 < 560 Ti < 7850 < 650 Ti Boost

650 is $80 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
7770 is $95
650 Ti is $115 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
7790 is $115 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
560 Ti is $145 but old
7850 is $140 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
650 ti Boost is $130 and the best buy of the bunch

Alright decided to go for the 650 Ti Boost but downgraded the CPU from a Athlon ii x4 640 to a Pentium G860.
