Monitor won't display anything

I posted on the cpu category that I just reapplied a thermal paste. it didn't boot. Apparently, the reason why it didn't boot is because I plugged the system headers in the wrong order. It boots...

but...

1. No beeps.
2. All fans are spinning. I assume everything is fine.
3. No display.

So it's not booting? I think I messed up my motherboard, didnt I?

Plugging the system headers in backwards doesn't usually damage a mobo.

Try with just one stick of RAM, and using integrated video (if available).

Check that the paste did not oozes onto the CPU pins.

It didn't ooze. How do I know if I have a faulty motherboard? I tried using cpu only and no beeps.

I assume I messed up with my motherboard? Or did I fry my CPU? How would I know?

CPU's are extremely hard to kill.
I doubt even that your motherboard is dead.

Recheck that your system headers are plugged in OK and go back to basics.

I thank you for your optimism.

But I did it a lot of times. And still nothing.

It powers up but there's no beep sound. I don't any spare money to buy a new motherboard....most likely cpu, it's too much.:/

CheCk to see if the mb fell over to the onboard gpu. If not try one dimm and remove the gpu to see if the mb post with onboard video.

I already tried with the onboard video card. Still no beeps or whatsoever.
