My PC case is a Corsair Obsidian Series Black 650D Mid Tower. If the power supply doesn't have enough voltage to run my system, please leave a link and tell me what power supply I should use for my system. By the way, I prefer a Corsair power supply. Thanks! :D

This should be more than enough. However, if you are gaming only, then dual 770s will be better; it outperforms the Titan in terms of FPS. Also, this system needs an SSD as a boot drive, as well as to store games. Also, the H80i is not worth it; either go H100i, or stick with an air-cooler.
Also, your motherboard and CPU are not compatible.

For a build of this caliber, you can't go wrong with 850W, especially since SLI is always a possibility down the road.

True, well like you said he should go with the SLI 770 and save money but I'd suggest getting the EVGA SC edition with ACX cooler

Also,OP be very aware that your cpu and motherboard are not compatible. You should also follow dannyboys advice and get an SSD. With the money you save of buying 2 770s you should be able to get at least 128 gb of SSD so go for the Samsung 128 gb 840 Pro SSd

So i can't use a hard drive to boot? Why not? Can't I just install windows 7 on the hard drive then everything is done? and urm is the intel quad core i7 3770k compatible with my motherboard?

Well you can but installing windows on an SSD will give you faster performance on start ups as well as installing games on it.

So what your saying is that the 850W power supply is enough for my system? (I've made changes to the CPU and the GPU so maybe double check?)

Yes. I went on youtube and saw this guy making a pc. I just changed some things he used and I kept some things the same. I only changed the GPU like you guys said to use a GTX 770 SLI. lol So thats all I changed. I kept the rest same. The link of the video is here- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ea_bs5G1yYU

So the 850W power supply is enough for the intel quad core i7 3770k and the dual gtx 770 SLI plus the other stuff mentioned in my PC specs? Great!

Honestly that case is an overkill but I suppose it would provide you for future expandability, well here's how your build should look
