what is the cpu ratio and the voltage for 3.8, on a i5-2550k?

hi everyone! i need help i have a h80 cooling on my i5-2550k and my last overlcock is causing the temperatures to be too high in games. so i want to set the OC lower to a 3.8. does anyon know what cpu ration and voltage to set in my bios?

As far as voltage in particular it's going to vary from mobo to mobo, there is no set voltage, for a simple 3.8 it should run that on AUTO and you just set the multiplier to 38, this isn't much more than stock
