Also, how much watts do case fans/LED use? This is first time buying a case with case fans, do I always leave them on if i'm just browsing the internet?

If you compare it to a Seasonic M12II Bronze 650W or even a Rosewill Capstone Series 650W, the HIVE-650's +12V rail is much weaker.

The +12V rail is the most important output rail in a modern PSU.

Consensus is the Rosewill Hive is a very good PSU, with a 3 year warranty. And that is a pretty good price for a solid PSU.

EDIT: 3 year warranty, as opposed to the 5 year warranty on the Rosewill CAPSTONE PSUs.

Where did you pull the 5 Years out of?

On the Newegg web page for the Rosewill HIVE-650 it says the warranty is 3 Years. On Rosewill's own web page it states that the warranty is 3-year One-to-One Replacement.

Thanks for the correction. I was thinking of their CAPSTONE line.

That said, the HIVE-650 is still a solid PSU.

Personally, I'd choose Seasonic any day, but I appreciate a PSU's quality and am ready to pay for it.

Seasonic PSUs are better, hands down, but the Rosewill HIVE-650 is a solid buy at that price, in my humble opinion. If the OP had suggested a shady PSU, it would be a different story.
