best way to upgrade my graphics card?

I want to be able to play skyrim decently, so any suggestions on the best graphics card i can get to pair with my cpu?
Btw i can only get a video card around $100

Specs:
AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor
geforce gt 520
8gb RAM
windows 7 64bit

Thanks for the suggestion :) ill look into it.
I just recently overclocked my computer but it didnt seem to really show any improvement so i just reset it back to normal. But I'll try again if you say it's better.

Well the overclock was probably not that helpful in games with the GT520 - the GFX will completely bottleneck your system.

As people suggest, I will go for the HD7770 - you might be able to overclock that a bit as well and bring the performance even further up

I was looking for the hd7770 and I noticed there is quite a few different cards that look the same. Can you recommend any specific one?
