That is the full original build that I am still purchasing. I am wondering if I can switch out the Graphics card for http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-4096MB-Graphics-04G-P4-2647-KR/dp/B008Y8PNRA/

That card has more ram (though GDDR3 instead of GDDR5) and is cheaper, but Im not sure what the differences in the outputs and stuff are. Would any of this be possible or should I keep the original and get this one for background processing power?

Yes but it wont play games any where near as well

I would reccomend you avoid that g43 mb too . It has no circuit to stop the voltage regulators over heating . Some have caught fire when people tried overclocking . The first MSI board to consider is the G46
But the Asrock Extreme 3 , or Asus MrA97 are better IMO
