Can anyone suggest a cooler that might fit this card, or if not, an equal or better fan that can replace the broken fan on the cooler at the moment?

90!? o_O And I started worrying when my 670 creeped into the 70 degree mark for the first time. Lol! But yeah, 90 degrees isnt exactly what you would call chilly. XD The thing is, most cards nowdays can run just fine in excess of 80 degrees for prolonged peroids of time with no problems, it all just boils down to how long you plan on keeping the card for. If you are like me, I try and upgrade (heh, 'try') every year and a half or so. Not because I need it especially, but I always stay behind slightly and never get the top of the range card. I could have got myself a titan on release, I had the money, But I settled for a pair of 670's for half the money and +40% performance. Personal preference I suppose.

Anyway, back on subject, that...

I would suggest an Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme III.

I had this cooler myself at one point cooling a 550Ti, (overkill, I know) and it worked beutifully. Lowered idle temps by 10 degrees and load temps by 25! It costs around £60, which isnt bad for a VGA cooler either...

If you are looking for something cheaper, I hope you realise that cheaper coolers will not often offer the same cooling as the stock cooler, and will often increase temperatures.

If you are not using this card for gaming or any other demanding tasks, then you could always go passive, depending on the rest of your setup?

I play games, haha, so yeah, need fans...don't think I'll be going into water cooling. To be honest though, anything must be better than what it was before, temps were going up near to 90 and I don't think that's really what you'd call preserving the card...

Anyway, back on subject, that cooler I recommended would definatly keep your card below 90. Providing you were willing to spend the momney on it that is. =)
