cannot print instructions

I'm sorry--I guess you can see I don't even know how to navigate here!
From home last night, I e-mailed myself a link to this Website so that I could print instructions on dealing with "not responding."
I tried printing from my computer to a copier connected to my computer. Nothing happens. I tried printing to two different Canon copiers and the screen just goes back to my instructions.
And, no, I did not see an error message.
