Can i run Battlefied 3

Hello

My PC specs are :
Dual core 2.00 Ghz processor.
Ati radeon hd 6670 1 gb ddr 3 graphic card.
2 gb ram ddr2.
320 gb hard disk.

I want to know the graphic setting and resolution of battlefield 3 on these specs.

It will be a laggy mess at 1080 even on low on the big maps. The dual core just doesn't cut it. You might be able to make it better by staying on 16-player servers.
