[HELP] AsRock H77m-itx won't post

Solution

The TV works fine, although I have been wondering if it is a hdmi handshake issue. I am going to try bypassing the AVR and I will also try hooking it up to another TV. It is unfortunate that I do not have a spare dvi/vga cord around

The lack of a speaker on the motherboard makes it very hard to determine how far along the boot process is getting.

Tried another TV, bypassing the AVR and rebuilding/reseating everything outside of the case. No luck :( Occasionally the CPU fan will stay at full speed instead of slowing down. Not sure if that means anything
