A big problem

So I tried yesterday to update the driver my ati radeon hd 5450 and then I got a blue screen, the GPU was not working well like it was before and it is like slowed down. I could play a lot of games now I can`t. Now the system tells me it didn`t find the GPU or it`s not working well. I need help please.
AND I can`t use restore point.

Try using the AMD driver cleaner utility. Just note, it may also remove AMD chipset drivers so be prepared to reinstall them as needed.

After the drivers are cleaned, reboot.

Install chipset drivers for your motherboard.

Reboot.

Install the video card drivers.

Reboot and test.
