Is Antec SU-380 enough to power 7750 video card?

I’m preparing to upgrade from Win XP to Win 7 and need to upgrade the graphics. I’d like to get the Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7750 2GB DDR3 2x DVI-D/HDMI/D-SUB PCI-Express 3.0 Graphics Card GV-R775OC-2GI (because it has both VGA and DVI connections which would allow me to connect our other monitor also), but the support tech (Microcentertech.com) told me I need a minimum of 400 watts PSU and my pc has an Antec SU-380 which only has 380 watts (on the PSU itself, it indicates a maximum of 326 watts). So, do I need to get a new PSU? If so, would the Corsair CX 430 be compatible with my pc? I have the following:

1. AMD Athlon64 4200 Dual Core CPU (2.2 Ghz)
2. MSI K9N4 Ultra F motherboard (http://us.msi.com/product/mb/K9N4-Ultra-F.html#/?div=Manual) I already added RAM to 4 GB for Win 7
3. Antec Mid Case 350w
4. Acer P205H monitor with 1600 x 900 resolution

I’m not a gamer; my pc is only used for financial mgmt., online access for school (children) and internet surfing/email, etc. A Tom’s Hardware member recommended the 7750 for my pc since my CPU would work with it.
