Crossfire/SLI solution for AMD 7850?

So you may have seen my threads about looking at the AMD 7850. I was wondering if it was doable to get two cards that SLI/Crossfire to give a better performance than the single 7850 in the same price range?

Thanks alot for any input :)

It may be possible if you got two older 6000 series GPU's, but typically, when building a gaming rig, it's always best to get a more powerful single card, then add another one later if you need more performance, rather than purchasing two lower end GPU's. Also, crossfire has been having issues recently and the fixed driver isn't set to be released until the end of July, so a single card would probably be your best bet.
