Motherboard standoffs don't fit

I was just building my first computer but to my surprise when I attempted to fit the sabertooth into the vengeance c70 case I only managed to put in 5 of the 9 scrwes. Is this a problem?

Not a problem. Most PC cases are different depending on the manufacturer. As long as the board is not shifting around I would not be worried about it.

The thing is that in my case the standoffs can't be removed. is it still ok?

What was the issue that the other screws wouldn't go in? I think they pretty much have to conform to the whatever standard they advertise (ATX/mATX, etc..). That part shouldn't be changing I wouldn't think.
