The Zotac GTX 650 Ti AMP is the best of the non-boost GTX 650 Ti cards but can only barely outperform the Radeon HD 7790 1GB which costs far less. In India for instance, the Zotac GTX 650 Ti AMP 2GB costs Rs. 12960 while the MSi Radeon HD 7850 OC 2GB costs only Rs. 11975, almost Rs. 1000 less! Keep in mind also that this MSi card is FACTORY OVERCLOCKED which means that it's even faster than a normal HD 7790. The HD 7790 1GB just at stock speeds is almost the same speed as the GTX 650 Ti AMP so imagine what an overclocked 2GB card can do. Look at these numbers:

Now for the fun part. I will show you that the stock Radeon HD 7790 1GB is almost as powerful as the GTX 650 Ti AMP which means that you should get the MSi card because it will faster than the GTX 650 Ti AMP even though it costs less because unlike the HD 7790 in these tests, it has 2GB instead of 1GB and is factory-overclocked:

So, the GTX 650 Ti AMP is better than a regular GTX 650 Ti, but the Radeon HD 7790 is the better deal.
