Grinding sound when gaming

Hey (I don't know what section of the forums I should put this thread so I put it here) I built my own PC three months ago. These are the parts:

Gigabyte Windforce 3x GTX 670
Intel i3770k
Z77 Sabertooth
8gb Corsair Vengeance
Corsair TX750 PSU
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
NZXT Phantom 820 Case

The PC is great, I run every game maxed out on graphics with no problem. But there's one thing that bothers me: There's this constant grinding sound that can ONLY be heard when I play video games. And one strange thing I've noticed is that the sound gets more intense if I aim down the sight in FPS games.

I've checked every fan in my case and no cables or anything are interferring with them and I can't locate the sound but I figure it has something to do with the graphic card, I can't say for sure. I want to know if you guys can shed some light on this so that I know what to replace because something isn't right.

Grinding or more of a capacitor noise (think digital grinding)

Try a new PSU. Recently replaced everything in a machine when I got this digital grinding noise. It was the power supply...

Almost forgot, another way to test this is, while in game, look at the ground or get right up close to a wall.. this way the video card has less to draw and requires less power. Now if its almost quiet, look around real fast at something like fire or another person.. When I did this it went from almost quiet looking at the wall to really loud. Basically the card sucked more power from a failing PSU when I looked at the fire.

Yea, Seagate Barracuda 1TB. But if it is the HDD, shouldnt it be making that grinding sound under any load? So far I've only heard that sound when playing.

From my experience I've had the capacitors of my graphics card (7850) make light a hissing noise that became heavily amplified(like from nearly inaudible to hearing it across the house) if my monitor speaker is plugged into my computer. This only happens in games, so I simply unplug the monitor speaker.
