Silver points arround motherboard holes for standoffs.

Hey everyone,
Today I was installing my sabertooth motherboard into my case. I ran into some standoff alignment issues so I removed all screws I had put in. To my surprise I found that some of the silver dots arround the holes had dissapeared. I think I didn't overtighten them. Is this serious?

    Hi
You should be fine, sometimes some of these are used as grounding points and are connected to tracks on the motherboard but mostly they are dimpled to act as a locking device to prevent the screw vibrating loose.
  2. does it matter if i use paper washer in between would it affect the grounding ? @makkem

Don't put a paper washer in there.
