Ultra x4 series power supply. What tier lvl would it be?

Checking over the eggxpert tiers and it's a little on the old side before this Ultra x4 series came out where do you think that ranks? same or beter?

Of the X4 models that haven't been discontinued they all use Andyson as the OEM.

Some of the models are OK but some of them are utter failures.

It's just good practice to avoid Ultra Products PSUs altogether.
