While I am using my computer, whether it's work or playing games it suddenly flashes off. No warning. It automatically reboots itself and I am forced to press F1 to enter the settings. Here it shows me details about my components in the computer and it generally checks that it is ok.
It says the reason why it turned off is because there was a power surge and it shut itself off to protect the components. I have added a surge protector to the plug socket and it is still doing exactly what happened before. Not sure what to do. Thanks.

A surge protector protects from a big spike in power but does nothing for a momentary loss of power.

For that, you need a UPS. You do not need a very large UPS, only perhaps enough battery power to shut down gracefully in the event of a long power outage. A ups can also correct power surges if that is your problem. APC makes good ones.

Please list your complete system configuration.

Provide the brand and model of all components especially the graphics card and power supply unit.
