I heard the newer ones were better but how much better is the 4gb compared to the 660 2gb. I'll be using it for gaming and a dual monitors. What do u guys think?

The 760 in general is a better card. The memory capacity won't mean much unless you're running at high resolutions or with multiple displays. If you're doing a standard 1920x1080 setup, 2gb will be fine. But definitely go with the 760 over the 660.

my only thing with the 660 is the price benefit. That was my first choice because of price but i decided to bump up one. the extra 30 bucks worth it? sounds like it anyway lol

Due to the GTX 760's 256 bit memory bus, performance will struggle at anything above 2GB of video memory. If you really want more than 2GB of video memory, go for a comparable Radeon chip instead, like the 7950 or 7970, which can both be had for very cheap and in the case of this 7970 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150665) a 384 bit memory bus more suited to 3GB of video memory it sports.

a 256 bit memory bus will bottleneck your performance at more than 2GB of video memory, which is why Radeon is so frequently recommended at higher resolutions.

Just my 2 cents...
