Will this system work if put together?

Hi, I have recently set my eyes on this system and was wondering if it will work if put together ( in terms of components compatibility, case adequacy) ?

MOBO: Extreme3 Z77

CPU: i5-3570k

Case: Antec three hundred mid Atx tower.

PSU: Cooler Master 600W

2 cheap ish fans. + the 2 stock fans on the case.

I know the CPu and mobo are good together as i had some help choosing them from the good people around here.

question1: is the PSU ok to go with the mobo/cpu, compatibility wise, ( i heard sometimes there could be a problem in that domain)

question 2: will the case be good for this setup?

question 3: for GPU should i go with dual 650 ti boosts or a 670, considering its the same price and relatively the same performance.

I DO NOT plan on overclocking, but if i did would it be doable ?

looks like the rest of the money will go into buying a retail copy of windows 7 instead of the gpu, looks like ill be stuck with the GT 240 for a while longer.

As promised here is an update, i haven't bought the system yet, but i will in 2-3 weeks time. (waiting on a bonus paycheck)
-I will change the PSU from the coolermaster 600W to an Antec 750W 80 plus bronze (high current gamer series (tier 2)). should be more useful in the future, plus better quality.
-Also i will be able to upgrade the GPU straight to a GTX 760 (260$ on newegg.ca)
-Lastly the RAM will be this 2X4gb Gskill, its said to work best with both my CPU and my Mobo so i guess it should be fine:

Will update again once i actually have it running to share my happiness.
