First I want to give the specs of my pc.

Processor :Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30Ghz 3.30Ghz
Installed memory (RAM): 8:00 GB
System type: 64 bit Operating System
MS widows 7 Ulitmate 64-bit SP1

ATI Radeon HD5450
Chip type:AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x68f9)
DAC Type:: Internal DAC (400MHz)
Approx. Total Memory: 1770 MB
Current Display mode : 1600 x 900 (32bit) (60Hz)

So this is the problem, my pc shut itself automatically, before when I'm playing a game it shuts it self then it gets worst like I'm just going to watch movie then it will have sudden shutdown. All fans and lights in my system unit is still working but I guarantee that this is not the CPU that is not overheating. I found out my video card is damn hot, so is it my video card? I'm thinking also that the problem is the PSU that is almost going to die. But I'm not very sure on the prob so I was asking for sure answers. Can anyone help me out?
