I will agree with jim, if u intend to OC and SLi, get a better PSU. otherwise, the build is just fine. Also for OCing, get a better cooler such as a Noctua DH-14 or opt for a closed loop liquid cooler such as h100i corsair or seidon 240M from Cooler Master.
