That may very well be the issue. You will have to take care when trying this fix as sometimes the cables are very thin and easy to mess up also they have many different cable connectors so it may not be quite the same as the video.

Monitors I have opened only have ONE of those cables not TWO(well one power, one data may be more common).

With any luck you can pull that trick off, but remember, if the screen it self is the issue, this may not help.

thanks for your advise and replay u are correct ya me too feel the same so i gave it to RMA thay told me that they will replace it for me but i have to wait till next monday thanks agin for your replay
