I want an Intel i7 3.5Ghz $350

I need a motherboard, cooling, power and case suggestions. Thank you.
Also will all o these be compatiable
I plan to add 16Gb DDR3 ram.

I've heard that for serious gaming the extra cache and hertz come in handy with the i7 and it will be used strongly for gaming and HD photo/video editing. I haven't actually seen the price of a 770 and if I can build it properly I shouldn't need to overclock.

if u're doing heavy editing, only then u need the i7, and i5s have the same GHz, the only difference is they don't have hyper threading, which is not used in games but is used in editing so if ur main purpose is editing then get the i7, the 770 sells for ~400$

Sorry I was busy. It would be amazing if you could make me a build just the only two things a really want are a graphics card and CPU of decent quality for good gaming. It would be good if you could include gaming acessories like the keyboard, monitor, etc. But its ok if the budget won't fit. Thanks for your time.
