The system proposed by unreal9400 may meet your requirements. A 4 core processor is not required for gaming or watching 3D movies. Will the movies be downloaded and played back from the hard disk? If not, then you'll need to add a 3D Blu-ray player to your system. Your budget for a complete system is approximately $350, but we don't know how expensive parts are in India. Can you provide a link to the store where you'll buy your parts?

Here in india I just verify rates from the net such as flipcart.com & after getting the idea abt the price we buy it from the local market since we got every part here but every retailer was not connected to the web 2ndly if the retailer any how connected from the web they do not show their rates all the time. For ex. if u want to check rates of components in india just go in google and type core i3 2120 rates in india & u will have the rates, And the retailer here sell 5 % + or - from that rates....which will i get....
Where will you get the movies from? That will dictate if you need a Blu-Ray 3D drive or not.
