Shut Down when playing game and loud fan

To start, this is my last solution. A month ago it began when I played a game the fans would be really loud and after a while the computer shut down. After cleaning dust it seemed fine, but somehow the problem is back.
I searched the internet for 2 weeks, tried everything:
- I cleaned the dust, computer seemed fine for 2 weeks then it started again
- Oiled the cooling fan
- Check the temperature with a program but it seems fine
It mostly happens when its hot outside but I wouldn't know what to do, the inside is as clean as it can get.

All seems fine but when I play a game that uses a lot of my processor (60% sometimes 80%) the computer just shuts down, the sound loups for 30 seconds and then I have to push the power button to shut it off.

Any solutions would be fine, here is some more info you might need to help me:
i3 processor, 3 years old computer, works fine till I start using the processor, super clean on the inside, don't know how to check if CPU is working properly or if the power is okay but it shut downs to protect and store the data for some reason.

Any help is really appreciated.

Well I didn't remove the HSF, we took of the fan but the paste wasn't exposed could it still be that I need to replace the paste ?

Another question, the fan works as a vacuum, it sucks up the air from outside, should I buy a small fan and just put it next to the computer aimed at the holes where the fan is vacuuming ?

Nope, the problem is between the heatsink and CPU - check your temps just to make sure - shouldn't be over 65C while gaming. If they are, there's your problem, so just buy a small tube of Arctic Silver 5, then clean off the current paste and replace with a small amount (size of a cooked grain of rice) of new paste. Then replace the HSF and allow it to spread the paste itself.

I changed the paste, looked up some tutorials and changed it.

However I play a game and the fan still goes very loud and after maybe 20 minutes or 15 minutes the computer still shuts down, it goes into some safe mode like pressing the sleep key on the keyboard.

Any other solutions ? I could buy a whole new fan or change the power supply but that would cost me lots and I am not sure this is the problem ...

Could be the fan - that would be the cheapest to replace. And PSUs aren't too expensive. Try a new HSF first, then PSU if it's still shutting down on you, and if it's still not working, you're looking at a new motherboard.....

They should all be fine, last thing I will try is putting a house fan on my HSF (The HSF suck air from outside so it should only help) and else I will just buy another computer and this one can go to the scrapyard.
