Which one would you take, and why?

I'd take the XFX but it has alot of bad reviews on newegg however I heard it's a great manufacturer and it's a tier 2 PSU on the eggxpert page. Im going to be ordering from http://www.mindfactory.de/. Also, here's that list i was talking about
http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

If you see any other PSUs on mindfactory that think are great, you may always link them :)

PS im going to be overclocking my cpu and gpu (3570k + 7950)

I'll be back in 45 minutes, i've got some shopping to do, I hope i'll get some answers by then! :D

Thanks in advance!

That will get me bankrupt guys! haha. I currently have a Corsair CX750 but it makes a weird noise in certain games. That's why i want to replace it.
Anyways, how important is OCP, UVP and OTP? I found this Super flower golden green pro 80+ gold (i know the name seems like something to stay away from) that doesn't have these protections but reviews say it's an amazing PSU
