(It's in polish, use google translator) It's almost identic to gtx 660 without any OC's so I think this is a good idea. Any contraindications? quilciri July 9, 2013 1:37:53 PM while it's only a little slower than the 660, it's also not a huge jump over your 275. Handy reference chart - tom's recommends going at least 3 tiers above your current card for significant upgrade. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-revi... enjoy! gen_Lufa July 9, 2013 2:32:00 PM Well, on that chart all cards above 650 are pretty expensive. The 650 Ti Boost is in my opinion really good, look at this two cards, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... 650 Ti Boost is lower on the chart, yet besides from memory interface (I know it's important) is better than 580. The difference in prices is big, 650 is 180$, and 580 is 260$ on amazon. gen_Lufa July 9, 2013 2:36:23 PM Well, I'm leaving this thread for the night. While the gtx 760 was released after the chart was published, it is in the same tier as the 670. @ $250, it is the best card in your price range. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-rev... It trades blows with the 7950, occasionally coming out ahead of even the boosted version of the 7950. If you can find a 7950 for $250 or less, it's a viable option as well, but the only way I've seen to do that so far is through mail-in rebates. gen_Lufa July 10, 2013 4:50:30 AM Well, I found a GTX 660Ti for 230$. I guess the chipset itself makes a HUGE difference, since all benchmarks show that 660 ti is much better even if 650 ti boost has the same clock speed etc. jinayhvora July 10, 2013 5:10:56 AM the 760 is an improved version of the 660 Ti jessterman21 July 10, 2013 6:06:48 AM gen_Lufa said:Well, I found a GTX 660Ti for 230$.
