Currently i have a GTX275 which is a little bit outdated.

I was thinking about GTX 560 or maybe higher than that.

PC Specs:
Win 7 Ultimate x64
QuadCore Intel Core i5 750
Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3
4GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275
SAMSUNG HD753LJ ATA Device (750 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)

Well, on that chart all cards above 650 are pretty expensive.

The 650 Ti Boost is in my opinion really good, look at this two cards,

650 Ti Boost is lower on the chart, yet besides from memory interface (I know it's important) is better than 580. The difference in prices is big, 650 is 180$, and 580 is 260$ on amazon.

jinayhvora has already offered the best solution. While the gtx 760 was released after the chart was published, it is in the same tier as the 670. @ $250, it is the best card in your price range.

It trades blows with the 7950, occasionally coming out ahead of even the boosted version of the 7950. If you can find a 7950 for $250 or less, it's a viable option as well, but the only way I've seen to do that so far is through mail-in rebates.

Well, I found a GTX 660Ti for 230$. I guess the chipset itself makes a HUGE difference, since all benchmarks show that 660 ti is much better even if 650 ti boost has the same clock speed etc.

Go for it, that's a good card, unless you can find a GTX 760 for the same price - probably not.
