Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3
4GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275

GTX 760, bets for the price

dont go with an older gen card look at the 600 or 700 gtxs preferably a 660ti or higher or a 7900 series ati card. you can find some good deals on the 7950 if you look around

Well, on that chart all cards above 650 are pretty expensive.

jinayhvora has already offered the best solution. While the gtx 760 was released after the chart was published, it is in the same tier as the 670. @ $250, it is the best card in your price range.

It trades blows with the 7950, occasionally coming out ahead of even the boosted version of the 7950. If you can find a 7950 for $250 or less, it's a viable option as well, but the only way I've seen to do that so far is through mail-in rebates.

Well, I found a GTX 660Ti for 230$. I guess the chipset itself makes a HUGE difference, since all benchmarks show that 660 ti is much better even if 650 ti boost has the same clock speed etc.

the 760 is an improved version of the 660 Ti

Go for it, that's a good card, unless you can find a GTX 760 for the same price - probably not.
