Even if it does your system will show little gain from it. Lastly you may have trouble finding 64 bit drivers for your system (have you checked?). Are you aware you will have to do a complete re-install of everything to go to a 64 bit OS?

THE SAME DRIVER NOT WORK
WHERE CAN I FIND DRIVER FOR 64BIT? MY LAPTOP
Punch in the relevant data, and you will get the latest drivers. If none of them are 64bit, your just plain out of luck.
