Not in your case. A 64 bit OS can make use of more memory and take advantage of software optimized for it. Your hardware may not offer you a way to increase the ram beyond the 4gig 32 bit limits. Even if it does your system will show little gain from it. Lastly you may have trouble finding 64 bit drivers for your system (have you checked?). Are you aware you will have to do a complete re-install of everything to go to a 64 bit OS?

Punch in the relevant data, and you will get the latest drivers. If none of them are 64bit, your just plain out of luck.
