So I went into my BIOS and I got a black screen. The screen that I move my mouse into shows up but its WAYYYYY larger than my 1920x1080 screen. I used to have a 1680x1050 screen. I can't remove the motherboard battery. Help? My specs are,
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
Mobo: ASUS p8z77 lx
Memory: Corsair Vengence Low Profile
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870
Monitor (More like a TV actually...) Vizio 24" E-Series

Solution
The UEFI (BIOS) only supports a single fixed resolution. Using a TV as a display can be problematic as most TVs do not support the resolution the UEFI is set to. The only real workaround is to temporarily connect a regular monitor.

Looking at motherboard on the lower right hand corner just above your case connection's there is a three pin connector with a little jumper on pin number one and two. Move that to pin two and three for 5 to 10 seconds, then move it back to one and two then reboot. then f1 when screen starts up this will reset bios without pulling battery.
