Critique my PC ?

Yeah recommending monitors is not easy - everyone's preferences are different when it comes to displays, that's why I almost always don't recommend monitors with builds.

A Titan, whilst being the best single GPU card on the market right now, will struggle on three monitors. A 780 in SLI will do a lot better. A single 780 is almost as powerful as a Titan, nevermind two of them! This build also has a better SSD for a lower price, a better PSU with a better rating, and by a better brand. You most definitely won't need the sound card or i7 processor for gaming - only if you're video editing. You also won't need 16gb ram - you could even lower than to 8gb for gaming.

Then with the difference grab a couple of 1440P monitors - will be much better than 1080.

Running games maxed out with a high frame rate at 1440P is where you'll get bragging rights. Not by overspending in areas like motherboard, storage, and RAM where you don't have to. BD-R is not a necessity on a PC - games will never use the format - even the XBOX One is making minimum use of optical drives.

Go with the dual 770s - outperforms a GTX Titan for less money: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_770_sli_review,13.html

And then for monitor here's a good, inexpensive one straight from Korea: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-YAMAKASI-CATLEAP-Q270-SE-27-LED-2560X1440-WQHD-DVI-D-Monitor-Perfect-Pixel-/140723272177?pt=Computer_Monitors&hash=item20c3c2b9f1
