TMPIN1 Getting Very Hot

Sorry To Ask This But i Have the motherboard A780LM-M2 by ECS and The TMPIN1 Temp Is Extremely Hot On HW MONITOR Should I Be Worried About It http://postimg.org/image/gj9h8f09d/ Theres a pic of HW Monitor Also Note Sometimes When i Restart my Computer TMPIN1 is not there

I also have the ECS A780LM-M2, and I was just looking around on the web for the solution to this. Right now, my temps for that are around 116C and it's confusing me, because some are saying that TMPIN1 is the CPU, and some are saying that TMPIN1 is the northbridge. I really don't know what to believe, or even that the temps for that are really that high.
