I don't think it's worse, if anything its marginally better... just it's doubtful you'll notice much difference... here is a review pitting the h70 vs the 212+

The h70 is slightly better under load then the 212+

Also im getting it for space, because the hyper212 is big with 2 fans

yeah. i have an h100, and the space i saved is amazing. even though my case isn't even built for a 240mm rad, i still was able to mount it, and man... does it open up the case a bit. I'm able to keep the mosfets a lot cooler now.

What mobo are you using, and what are your vcore temps, because mine are always higher than my cpu

Ive got an asus sabertooth 990 fx r 2.0, and an amd fx 8320 O.C. to 4.0 ghz, but when under load, thisis with my hyper212 plus, im hitting like 55 C, and my v core is at like 58-59. should i be worried?

under a prime95 load i get up to 52C, but i wouldn't be too concerned. FX cpus have a slightly higher thermal ceiling then PhII do... most PhII get unstable over 55C (mine can't really get over 58C without crashing), FX chips are usually alright up to 62C.
