Around 50 quid, give or take. You can't really extract that much from your HDD (and, honestly, prices for HDDs below 1TB aren't much cheaper anyway).
It's a pretty poor option, to be honest. What shipping issues do you have which allow you to order a full system, but not components? Would ordering all your components through Amazon UK be viable (as it seems to be an option for purchasing a full system)?

My dad is ordering the desktop which he's going to bring overseas with him,he only has 3 days before he travels...so it would take quite some time to order all pieces within 3 days and packing might be an issue

Do you have a local store which does price matching with online retailers? If so, you could get the parts today/tomorrow, assemble them before he leaves, and have the full machine ready to be packed.

I can use pcpartpicker uk and order all pieces tonight, but my dad wouldn't be able to assemble it so he has to bring all pieces in abox or so, you think they would come in big boxes ect.? Like small things hard disk ram ect

If I can order all and pay for extra delivery and get them all by Thursday latest then I would be more then happy to buy one, if you could suggest the best 700 poundish build please

Honestly, if carrying space is the big issue, he could just open the case, put the (still boxed) components inside, and then box up the case (with proper packing materials, obviously).

Most components come in fairly small boxes, with the exception of larger components such as cases and graphics cards.

I most certainly can suggest a 700 pound-ish build, and will edit on into this message once I finish it.

Edit: If you don't need an OS, this would be my suggestion:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

If this is too much over budget, take CPU down to an i5-3350p and mobo down to an ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP, like so:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor (£138.69 @ Dabs)
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£69.74 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£41.77 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£45.59 @ Aria PC)

720 is fine, could you please get me a build with intel processor and nvidia graphics card if possible also I don't need an os

In that case, wouldn't the first build work? It has an nVidia GPU (the GeForce GTX 770) and an Intel CPU. Or was there something wrong with it?

The build is good thanks, how much would it cost to squeeze in a small ssd for operating system and startup program's

Or maybe if its too expensive ill get smaller hdd and an ssd
