Fatal Error System Halted?

I can't start my computer and I have checked, it's not my hard drive's problem, so I am guessing it's most likely the mother board? Anybody know how to fix it?
It basically says Overclocking failed! Please enter Setup to re-configure ... Fatal Error... System Halted.

i would still try going into setup and reset the bios to default settings.if you cant get into bios try taking out the cmos battery for a minute or so and reinstall.
