Raid 1, which hard drive best match SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 ST1000DM005

Hi guys,
I am looking to do raid 1 for my build and the current hard drive i have is

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 ST1000DM005.

However, it is now discontinued.

I am looking for a hard drive with similar or better specs with the price range of $70 ish.
