You need at least 500w.

I'd suggest you to get a good quality PSU, because the cheap ones can throw random errors, or worse, fry internal components.
The reliable brands are XFX, Seasonic, Antec and Corsair. Rosewill make good PSUs too.

I would suggest the Seasonic, but that's my personal preference :)
