What Part Should I Buy to Fix this?

So I have had a problem occurring since getting my first Half Life 2 game. Whenever I play I get a crash with looping audio and a Windows 7 error saying that my AMD Drivers have quit responding but have recovered. I have seen that this is a re-occurring problem with a lot of people and there isn't a fix made up. So after a year of trying to fix it I have gave up and am now going to buy a new part, I am just unsure what to get. I am thinking probably a new Graphics card but I am not sure. If it helps here are my Computer Specs:

GPU: ASUS HD7750
CPU: AMD FX 8150
CPU Cooler: Coolmaster 212 EVO
RAM: 8GB Ballistix 1600mhz
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97
HDD: Western Digital 1 TB Black Cavilar
Case: ThermalTake v3 Black Gaming Edition
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
PS: 700w OCZ Power Supply
