I'm going to buy a new pc for games.
So what is really better for it?
I got nvidia gtx 670 2gb and 8 gb RAM,
I heard that ps4 and xbox one built on AMD technologies so maybe is better to buy a AMD CPU?

P.S.
English is not my native language if I made some mistakes sorry for it

Intel's CPU architecture is better than AMD's, but AMD is a budget brand. So, for $100, you might get a faster CPU from AMD. Than from Intel, but if you want to pay, say $200+, AMD doesn't have anything in that price range that will compete with Intel, so Intel's chips will be faster.

And I think Xbox and PS4 went w/ AMD for 2 reasons:
1) cost!
2) their integrated GPU's are better than anything intel has as far as integrated GPU's
(PC gamers don't care for integrated GPU's cause stand alone cards are much faster)

I've $200 budget on CPU but if it real to get better expirience or same as Intel on AMD CPU I'd like to do it.
And what about GPU it have sence to replace gtx 670 on gtx 760?

ıf you have much more money than fx 8350 costs ,and ıf you want better gaming performance not video editing or rendering go fot i5 3570k ...

What about look for 2-4 years forward maybe fx 8350 is better choose because as I know a lot of new games will work with more than 4 cores
