Building a budget HTPC for watching blu-rays, steaming, etc. No gaming at all. I just need an HDMI port on Mobo (which all of these options have).

I found some options at some local shop. This way I don't have to pay for shipping.

Which Motherboard and CPU combo should I go with for my needs?

Solution

Because the HD 7540D is more than enough for the HTPC, but if you want and get the AMD A-Series A6-6400K - 4.1/3.9 GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, Dual Core, HD 8470D.
