This is the ram I have in my current motherboard:

Are the two compatible?

Yes, I concur with @Tradesman1 that memory is compatible and it will work. However, 1333MHz is considered as Overclock mode by your motherboard and might run in default speed (1066MHz). You can change it in the BIOS to 1333MHz. Cheers.

I assume you do not need any memory now but if you do, then try any of these sites:

Kingston or this memory retailer (click on them or memory retailer)
