Budget 400 - 500 dollar gaming pc for BF3

Help please guys I want to transition into PC gaming from PS3 because I like PC and Ps3 is boring now but I don't quite have a job (too young) so i'm restricted to a slim
budget.

I want to be able to play Minecraft, Arma 2, Bf3, and Cod Mw3 (if it can play bf3 it can play any cod)

I have no preferred website to order from either.

I do not need a Hard drive, but I need speakers and os.

7850 1gb - 160ish?
corsair vengenance 4gb (you can expand if you want) - 50
asrock z77 pro3 - 90
windows (pirate it?) or linux - free
atx case - 30 - 50ish?
logitech z130 - 20
logitech k120 - 10
Total - 490ish?

This good for yea?
PERSONAL TESTS* minecraft- max it :D
Arma 2- should be able to max, i didn't try the game.
Bf3 - at least high, ultra without aa you can get 40-50 fps?
