Solution
The main things I would've changed is the cpu, psu and motherboard but you already got them...

-Better cpu cooler.
-Better case, IMHO.
-Cheaper, low-profile RAM.
-Cheapest optical drive.

Price is not a factor. The noctua, according to pcpartpicker has a lower max rpm, is 1.2 dbA quieter £5 cheaper but really doesnt look nice. Overall the cooler masrer v8 seems the better choice

It dissipates heat better due to the double heatsink tower. Also, it has lower rpm because it known for being quiet. The NH-D14 is considered the best cpu air cooler that can compare with even the Corsair H100.

The GTX 770 should be able to max most games on 1080p. The Asus one you listed is good.
