Can This PC Run GTA 4?

Hello, I was wondering if I built this computer, I could run GTA 4 at Medium/High Settings. But I just don't know! So that's why I'm asking all of you guys reading this. Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 3.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GT 620
1024mb GDDR3
RAM: HyperX 8GB Kit 1600MHz
(2x4gb)
HDD: Blue 500 GB 7200 RPM

And also how many FPS do you think I could get average with this setup?

How? I've seen people with worse computers and are able to run GTA IV medium settings with 30-40 stable FPS

I'm getting rid of my PS3 to buy this computer, And I need a computer. I also do a lot of modding in games, which is impossible on PS3.

One problem with GTA4 is the game was poorly ported to the pc. You can play it with your pcbut generally the game loves cpu cores so quad cores will be better. Still it is playable using dual cores. As for gpu you might want to get something a bit better than GT620. maybe GTX650 or HD7750 at best if you can afford it. Going higher will need much better cpu.
