amd 8750m 128-bit or nvidia 740m 64-bit?

As the title suggests, which of the two graphics cards would you suggest to go for, considering the rest of the specifications of the laptops are similar?

Well, as I told, the rest of the specs are almost the same. both have i5 3230m processor. laptop with the amd card has 6gb system ram and nvidia one has 4gb. So now, what do you think? And also, what video are you talking about?

AMD Radeon HD 8750m will perform better on High Ultra Settings due to 128 bit and Also 2 GB VRam
Whereas Nvidia GeForce GT 740m 64 bit 1 GB will perform better on Med-High and Low-Med Settings...
